Those with access to email are strongly encouraged to contact DHMH ISAS staff via email instead of phone. If you send e-mails, please include the provider’s full name in the subject line of the email. Do not use the full name of the client. The Help Desk generally responds to emails within 1-2 business days.
When calling the Help Desk please be ready to leave a voice mail with a detailed message that includes: your name, provider number (if applicable), call back number, and issue or concern. The Help Desk generally responds to calls within three business days.
